Todd A. Bone, CEO
Todd Bone has 20 years experience in the start-up, development and management of IT solution companies. He has won major IT sales contracts with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies as well as Federal Contractors and the Federal Government. He has managed multiple companies, developed e-marketplaces, established consulting practices, moderated numerous work sessions, managed multi-million dollar projects simultaneously while working through the acquisition of one of his companies.

The following is a timeline of Todd’s ventures:

2004 – Present
Bone International Holdings, Inc. – Founder & Chairman – The Holding Company owns and manages both XS International, Inc. and AvarSYS, Inc.

2004 – Present
AvarSYS, Inc. – Founder & CEO – AvarSYS improves IT infrastructure performance through advanced solutions including server consolidation, virtualization, cluster computing (HPC), enterprise grid computing and advanced visualization. AvarSYS is a US Government Contractor and sells to Commercial Concerns in Financial, Health and Science and Manufacturing Industries. AvarSYS is an IBM Federal Business Partner and is the exclusive reseller of IBM Deep Computing Visualization in North and South America for IBM.

1998 – 2002
Max Commerce, Inc. – Founder & CEO - An International award winning Internet Consulting Firm which specialized in e-Business Integration, digital strategy, Web design & development, multimedia, branding and Internet marketing. Max Commerce was sold in 2000 to Business Telecom, Inc. (BTI).

1990 – Present
XS International, Inc. – Founder & CEO – XS specializes in reducing overall IT costs for their clients by providing IT Asset Disposition Services (ITAD) to generate value by remarketing replaced IT hardware and saving clients on fees to properly dispose of unusable assets. In addition, XS extends the life of IT assets by providing maintenance services for assets already in the field. XS clients include: Large International Corporations, Federal Governments, Research Centers, Government Contractors, Universities and Post and Prepress Production Facilities. XS has offices in Atlanta, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and London. XS International was the first company to receive a GSA contract to sell refurbished IT equipment to the Federal Government.

Todd is actively involved in EO – Entrepreneurs Organization — and has served on the Atlanta Board for four years as well as the International Forum Committee. He is the EO Atlanta President for 2008/2009 which has 130 members.

Todd graduated from The Ohio State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and assists Ohio State’s Fischer College of Business with entrepreneurial activities. Interests include entrepreneurship, International travel, family, sports, home architecture & remodeling projects, and reading scientific related magazines and journals. Todd is the father of two and an avid wine connoisseur.
